I used this product in conjunction with Dr Simeon's diet protocol and found it to be the most effective weight loss product I have ever used. I was never hungry and systematically lost half to one pound a day.
The only side-effect I suffered was a little insomnia.
If you do this diet you must be prepared to stick to the long-term plan. The first 3 - 6 weeks of weight loss is easy. I lost 25 pounds in 27 days. The harder part is the following 6 week maintenance where you monitor your diet meticulously to ensure you don't regain what you lost.
